Plaasjapie Kleuterskool – A Passion for Kids
Welcome to our school. We strive to provide the best for every child in our care. We provide a safe, clean, comfortable atmosphere where your child can still be a child and also learn through play. By Juanita Liebenberg
Our passion is children and that is why we are your child’s home from home. What’s better than being in a school with a farm feel with lots of space and big playground? Every child’s safety is important to us and that is why we have cameras on site, electrified fencing and a alarm system.
We have 6 classes.
First we have our Muis class 0-6 months. We only take 5 babies and we do Babynastix and Babygim with them. They have a teacher and assistant.
Eendjie class 7-16 Months. We only take 10 Children for this class. We do Babynastix and Briljante Breintjies with them.
Skapie class 16 Months – 2 Years. We take 20 children per class with a teacher and assistant.
Varkie Class 2-3 Years. We take 20 children per class with a teacher and assistant.
Koeitjie class 3-4 Years. We take 20 children per class with a teacher and assistant.
Perdjie class 4-5 Years (Gr RR). We take 20 children per class with a teacher and assistant.
Our curriculum is worked out per Term it’s broken up into months then weeks and then days. So the children won’t miss out on any work. We also print workbooks during the year that helps them to learn their letters, numbers, etcetera.
We have a petting zoo on site and also an indoor trampoline. Swimming lessons are offered by a registered swimming school and music as well. Having a happy child is great and that’s why we want to offer the best for every child we possibly can as a school. We are proud to have won the Best Nursery School award in Harties in 2019. Our staff are loving and patient and have a passion for children. We have a WhatsApp group for each class where weekly information is sent and also the new theme with matching song and poem. We have incoming visits and also do excursions for children aged 3 and up – the kids learn so much! We have a sports day every year and also do concerts. We have Grandpa and Grandma, Mommy and Daddy days. Kids love having their parent with them for a special day at school, singing songs and planting plants.
