How and when did your business start? I used to help friends and family with their tax returns as a hobby. The request for help escalated. Two years ago, I recognized the business opportunity within the constant return of old clients and structured a more formal business around my services. I am a mother of two, this gave me the freedom to manage family life and business.

What has been your observation regarding difficulties and challenges of clients that required your services over the last two years? It is surprising to see how many honest people get into unnecessary trouble with SARS because they neglect to keep their records up to date.

What is your greatest challenge? To get prompt service from SARS.
