My dream for the future

I am sure that every person has a dream for the future or an idea of what they would like their lives to be like.

Believe me when I say that I had big dreams for what I wanted to achieve! Lately I had been questioning my dreams because they all revolved around myself and what I think is best for me. Whilst there is nothing wrong in wanting what is best for yourself and desiring the things that make you happy, I question whether earthly things can make a person genuinely happy? I mean, can they truly fulfil one? From my personal experience I can tell you that they absolutely cannot! True happiness, fulfilment and infinite peace come to us from our Lord Jesus Christ. Let me tell you why….

I found out that Jesus only wants the best for me. I figured out that if I take His hand and let Him lead me, I can trust that He has the perfect path already planned out for me. How amazing is that? The same God who created the universe and all the beautiful things in this world, thought that the world needed someone like me! He knows me by name, I am handpicked by Him for a destiny He planned just for me.

My dream for the future is to live a life that Jesus would approve of.  To inspire others to do the same and to help people in need and remind them that they are loved and have a purpose in this world. I want to spread love and positivity and become the woman God wants me to be.

My dream for this world is that all People would be grateful for all they have. People need to be excited for the amazing things that the future holds. I pray that all the hate and negativity can be something of the past. My dream is to be a lighthouse that inspire others. The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.

Let us as South Africans take hands and form a unity, not only in our land, but globally, as one family, the family of Jesus.
