My motivation is deeply rooted in seeing tangible changes in my clients’ lives—hearing their stories, witnessing their journeys from financial distress to stability, and knowing my work truly matters. Additionally, my faith, family support, especially from my husband and daughter Amanda, and a strong commitment to personal growth through constant learning and networking, continually fuel my passion and resilience. The birth of my baby, small Dawie, at the age of 43, was one of the biggest miracles of my life, and I would be nothing without the grace of God. I am by no means perfect—but I deeply love my creator and my family.

After finishing my high school years at Hartbeespoort High School, I moved to Japan to complete my grades 10 through 12. By the time I graduated, I felt a strong pull to take a gap year before diving into university. For me, this gap year wasn’t just about taking a break from academics; it was an opportunity to expand my worldview, gain valuable life skills, and immerse myself in experiences that I couldn’t get from a classroom. The Baret Scholars program seemed like the perfect fit.

The South African property market has faced a mix of challenges and opportunities in recent years. While rising interest rates and economic uncertainty have made some buyers more cautious, there are still significant opportunities, especially in suburban and rural areas.
Imagine you ask yourself, “How should we treat others?” The response you receive is, “There are no others.” What would this mean to you? How would you interpret it? At first glance, the response might seem perplexing or even contradictory. How can there be “no others” when you’re surrounded by people every day? Yet, how you respond to this statement reveals a lot about your perspective and the kind of reality you’re creating. Depending on your attitude, “there are no others” can take on two vastly different meanings – one self-centric and the other all-centric.

“I dance a lot,” she reflects, her words underscored by a profound sense of joy. In fact, she dances for at least three hours a day, most days of the week. For her, it’s not just about the movement but the emotional release it brings. “I’m happy…truly happy,” Lyndall shares. “I go through life with a smile, despite the challenges, and people know this about me. It’s because I dance.”
