Solo Properties
Solo Properties have been in business since 2005. Owned by Gerhard Prinsloo & Sean Alblas, we started as a being part of a nation-wide franchise realty group and in 2020 decided to break away from the group to operate independent. This strategy allowed us to broaden our horizons and we are therefor able to operate country wide and are not limited to certain areas or towns. We currently operate in Hartbeespoort, Brits, Krugersdorp, Roodepoort, Johannesburg, Randfontein Port Elizabeth.
Harties Business Center member profile
Harties Business Center member Ruby Rapscallion tells us about their business.
Accountability
Being an entrepreneur is a mixed bag. It can be very liberating as you run your own show, you decide what to do and when. However, you are mostly alone and making decisions can be tough. In the long run, you reap the benefits of your success but also feel the pain when failure strikes. This is where accountability comes into play. The lack of accountability can be a real problem and may lead to loss of control, to becoming pessimistic and create a situation where you are not able to get up and fight again.

Cultural Integration in South Africa
Cultural Integration is a part of everyday life in South Africa which can be seen in many aspects such as schools as well as the work environment. In many ways there are still traces of racism and cultural discrimination in our country, but the majority of South Africans are well adjusted to the differences among the people of our rainbow nation.

Daars soveel kuns in woorde, met soveel verskillende boodskappe. Kuns is gemaak sodat ons iets moet voel en ek skryf sodat, indien iemand my woorde sou raaklees, iemand iets moet voel. Dit voel asof ek my deel doen en hopelik sal ek iemand kan inspireer deur my woorde.
Ek sal graag eendag my eie digbundel wil uitbring.
