A Career Reinvented

Before stepping into the property world, Anja built a strong career in banking, finance, and management, both in South Africa and abroad. “I was always driven by systems and structure, and I loved working with people,” she explains. “But after returning from the UK and going through some big life changes, I knew I was ready for a new challenge.”

In 2022, she joined Seeff as a Rental Manager. Her skills, combined with her deep understanding of client needs, quickly saw her promoted into office management and later, sales. From there, things took off:

• In 2023, she was named National Rookie of the Year.
• In 2024, she received the Chairman’s Award and was named Top Achiever, all in under two years.

Her rapid rise is more than just impressive, it’s a testament to what’s possible when talent is matched with the right environment.

“Being a mom is everything to me. My family grounds me and keeps me motivated,” she says.
