But behind that bubbly, contagious personality is a woman with drive, resilience, and an incredible story of transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had the pleasure of sitting down with Anja to hear more about her inspiring journey into real estate and the personal story that fuels her success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Career Reinvented<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before stepping into the property world, Anja built a strong career in <strong>banking, finance, and management<\/strong>, both in South Africa and abroad. \u201cI was always driven by systems and structure, and I loved working with people,\u201d she explains. \u201cBut after returning from the UK and going through some big life changes, I knew I was ready for a new challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, she joined <strong>Seeff<\/strong> as a Rental Manager. Her skills, combined with her deep understanding of client needs, quickly saw her promoted into <strong>office management<\/strong> and later, <strong>sales<\/strong>. From there, things took off:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In <strong>2023<\/strong>, she was named <strong>National Rookie of the Year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>2024<\/strong>, she received the <strong>Chairman\u2019s Award<\/strong> and was named <strong>Top Achiever<\/strong>, all in under two years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Her rapid rise is more than just impressive, it\u2019s a testament to what\u2019s possible when talent is matched with the right environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s the Systems, and the Freedom\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked what made the biggest difference in her real estate career, Anja doesn\u2019t hesitate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor me, it\u2019s the systems; from marketing to compliance, there\u2019s enough structure to keep things running smoothly, but not so much that it slows me down.
