1. What inspired you to start your business, and how did you take the first steps to bring your idea to life?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hart Mark started as a simple idea\u2014selling handmade wooden d\u00e9cor pieces at flea markets. What drove us forward was a passion for creating something special, something that people could experience rather than just visit. The journey from flea markets to a thriving destination like Hart Mark was fuelled by innovation, determination, and a belief that we could build more than just a business\u2014we could build a community. Taking the first steps meant embracing uncertainty, working tirelessly, and surrounding ourselves with people who shared our vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. What were some of the biggest challenges you faced in the early stages, and how did you overcome them?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting out, one of the biggest challenges was convincing others (and sometimes even ourselves) that Hart Mark was more than just another market. We had to define what made us different, which meant focusing on experience rather than just transactions. Another major challenge was navigating unpredictable events\u2014such as the COVID-19 pandemic\u2014that tested our resilience. The key to overcoming these hurdles was building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and service providers. Trust and adaptability helped us weather tough times and come out stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
